  • Yalla – Beyond Rewards Program (the Program) is a loyalty program operated by Al Boom Marine LLC and its associate and group companies (collectively referred to as “Al Boom”/”We”/”Us”/”Our”/”Company”). The Program is owned and operated by Al Boom Marine LLC and all the material, information, documents, data, contained in the site/app are provided by Al Boom exclusively for non-commercial individual use only. Use of website, app and any contents therein is subject to the below mentioned terms and conditions. Al Boom reserves the right to change or revise the terms, conditions, policy and notices at any time.

    MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY


    Only an individual who has attained the age of 18 years, as on the day of application, is entitled for membership of the program. Enrollment into the program, whether in-store or online, is acceptance of the member being 18 years and above and acceptance of the overall terms and conditions of the program.

    If any of the Services requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You will also choose a password and a username. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Al Boom immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Al Boom will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge.     You hereby release and forever discharge the Indemnities in connection with any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operations or transmission of the Website/APP; and technical, network, telephone, communications, computer hardware or software malfunctions or errors of any kind.

    You agree to comply with all local laws and rules including, without limitation, laws governing the Internet, data, email, Intellectual Property and privacy.     By Registering on the Yalla – Beyond Rewards program, you accept the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Yalla – Beyond Rewards the Loyalty program of Al Boom Marine LLC and its associate companies (Collectively referred to as “Al Boom Marine LLC” or “Al Boom”). Al Boom Marine LLC reserves the right to amend, cancel or change the terms and conditions or suspend the loyalty program at any time without notice, and Al Boom Marine LLC has the sole discretion on the same. The Yalla – Beyond Rewards membership commences when the customer registers into the program using the brand website, mobile application/microsite or sharing the mobile no. and validating the account with One Time Password, providing the requested details on the registration form.

     

    The membership is FREE and valid for Lifetime. Only one (1) membership per GSM mobile number.

     

    The terms and conditions of the Yalla – Beyond Rewards Loyalty program, referred to as “Yalla – Beyond Rewards,” are listed below.

     

    Terms and Conditions:

     

    1. Eligibility

     

    1.1. The Yalla - Beyond Rewards (the “Loyalty Program”) is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old, nationals and residents of the United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, The Sultanate of Oman and The Kingdom of Bahrain, where the Company’s shops are operating.

     

    1.2. Membership in the Program is available to customers who register for the program at select Al Boom Marine LLC brands, both in-store and online.

     

    2. Earning 

     

    2.1. Earning Rate: Members earn 1 point for every United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) 1 or its equivalent spent on eligible purchases instore and online. Also, members will receive their currency equivalent earning points benefit in the countries where we operate, both in-store and online.

     

    2.2. Eligible Purchases: Points are awarded on the total purchase amount excluding discounts amount, taxes, shipping fees, and non-eligible items or services.

     

    2.3. Earning Process: Present your loyalty barcode to the cashier at checkout. The barcode can be accessed via the Yalla – Beyond Rewards app or as attachment received via Welcome email or by simply using your registered mobile number at checkout.

     

    2.4. Points are issued on the Net tendered amount in Cash/Credit Card/Debit Card, excluding the VAT amount. For example, points are not given on promotional gift voucher amounts, if any.

     

    2.5. Bonus Points: Periodic promotions or special events may offer additional Points as bonuses. Details will be communicated through our website, app, or in-store notifications.

     

    3. Tiers and Benefits

    3.1. Tier Structure: Members are categorized into different tiers based on their accumulated Points within a defined period (e.g., annually). The tiers are as follows:

    Explorer: Base-level tier with spends ranging between AED 0 to 2,000 in 365 days.

     

    Insider: Mid-level tier with spends ranging between AED 2,001 to 6,000 in 365 days.

     

    Elite: Premium tier with spends of AED 6,001 + in 365 days.

     

     

    3.2. Benefits: Each tier provides increasing levels of benefits, which may include:

     

    Explorer Benefits: Standard earning rate, occasional promotional offers.

    Insider Benefits: Standard earning rate, special discounts, exclusive events.

    Elite Benefits: Standard earning rate, special discounts, exclusive events, personalized offers

     

    3.3. Tier Upgrades: Members can move up tiers by accumulating more Points. Tier changes will be updated in your account status and communicated through the website/app.

     

    4. Point Redemption

     

    4.1. Redemption Rate: 100 Points can be redeemed for a discount of AED 1 or its equivalent in the local currency. Also, members will receive their currency equivalent redemption points benefit in the countries where we operate, both in-store and online.

     

    4.2. Redemption Process:

     

    Online: During checkout on the brand website, you can apply your Points to your purchase. The discount will be applied automatically based on your Points balance.

     

    In-Store: Present your loyalty barcode to the cashier at checkout. The barcode can be accessed via the Yalla – Beyond Rewards app or as attachment via Welcome email. Or you can simply use your mobile number with OTP verification for points redemption.

     

    4.3. Redemption Limitations: Points cannot be used to pay for taxes, shipping fees, or as part of payment for certain promotions unless stated otherwise.

     

    4.4. Al Boom Marine LLC may reject to reward or redeem points for failure to pay for the purchases, breach of these conditions, or any judicious reason, and the member shall have no right to claim the points.

     

    5. Validity and Expiration

     

    5.1. Validity Period: Points are valid for 365 days from the date of the transaction in which they were earned.

     

    5.2. Expiration: Expired Points will be automatically removed from your account, and any unredeemed Points cannot be reinstated.

     

    6. Return or Exchange

     

    6.1. Yalla – Beyond Rewards Program will not return any redeemed points at the time of refund or exchange of products at any participating brand - instore and online. 

     

     

    7. Marketing and Transaction Communications

     

    7.1. A member consents to receiving transactional and promotional communication through various marketing channels like SMS, Email, Phone Calls, Push Notification, In App Notification, In-Web, WhatsApp etc. by their enrolment into the program. If a member wishes to unsubscribe, then they shall email to marketing@alboommarine.com

     

    8. Cross Border Transaction rules

     

    8.1. This Reward program is valid for nationals and valid residents of United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, The Sultanate of Oman and The Kingdom of Bahrain Only, where the company’s shops are operating.  Its corresponding tier benefits & offers can be availed only in United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, The Sultanate of Oman and The Kingdom of Bahrain. 

     

     

    9. Non-transferable

     

    9.1. Points are non-transferable or ex-changed and can only be used by the account holder who earned them. They cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged or gifted to other individuals. However, a member can change the mobile number by editing the mobile number on the mobile app and re-validating the same or by requesting to send the change to marketing@alboommarine.com

     

    10. Combining Discounts and Promotions

     

    10.1. Discount Combinations: Points can be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special offers unless explicitly stated. If a promotion doesn’t allows combining with Points, details will be provided at the time of the promotion.

     

    11. Abuse of the Program

     

    11.1. Fraudulent Activity: Membership rights are reserved with Al Boom Marine LLC and are subject to its approval. Yalla – Beyond Rewards Program reserves the right to investigate any suspected abuse or fraudulent activity related to the Program. 

     

    11.2. Account Termination: Yalla may terminate or suspend a member’s account if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to, fraudulent activities or multiple account creations to exploit the Program.

     

    12. Cancellation of membership

    12.1. A member may cancel their membership by giving Al Boom Marine LLC a written cancellation request through email at marketing@alboommarine.com

     

    13. Program Changes and Termination

    13.1. Modification Rights: Yalla – Beyond Rewards Program reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including its terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.

     

    13.2. Notification: Members will be informed of significant changes through the Yalla website, app, or email.

     

    13.3. In case of such termination, Al Boom Marine LLC shall not be responsible for any points available in the member’s account.

     

    14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution


    14.1 This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the relevant country in which your Personal Information is registered with Al Boom (“the Applicable Territory”). For the avoidance of doubt, the relevant Applicable Territory may only include those countries in which Al Boom operates stores or the Websites/Apps as the case may be. The exclusive jurisdiction for any claim, action or dispute with Al Boom under this terms and conditions will be in the appropriate courts of the applicable territory.

     

    14.2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from participation in the Program shall be first tried to be resolved amicably. If an amicable resolution is not reached within thirty (30) days, parties may seek legal recourse before the competent courts.

    16.1. Al Boom Marine LLC shall not be responsible for any data loss or corruption of data or its confidentiality or the likes of the customer. 

     

    16.2. No claim of whatever nature in this regard shall lie against Al Boom Marine LLC by the customer or a third party.

     

    16.3. Al Boom Marine LLC also does not take responsibility for any lost points/discrepancy of points earned or any claim for damage to a mobile phone due to a Yalla – Beyond Rewards membership.

     

    16.4. Al Boom Marine LLC shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage or unauthorised use of the mobile phones/membership/mobile app account. The member is responsible for ensuring the safety of his mobile phone, mobile app account and/or the password allotted to them.

     

    16.5. Any loss of mobile or sim card should be intimated to Al Boom Marine LLC immediately; failing to do so causes the member to be liable for the loss of the points and will not hold Al Boom Marine LLC responsible for any loss occurring due to such events.

     

    All conditions and warranties, whether expressed or implied and whether arising under legislation or otherwise, as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness or safety of any reward supplied are expressly excluded to the full extent permitted by law. Any liability that cannot be entirely excluded is limited, where permitted, to replacing or crediting the value of the Loyalty points at our discretion.

    Al Boom Marine LLC shall not be responsible in any way for technical faults by third parties and service providers as they are beyond the control of Al Boom Marine LLC.     Q6: Is there an expiration date for my earned Points?

    A: Yes, Points are valid for 365 days from the date of the transaction in which they were earned. Expired Points will be automatically removed from your account.

     

    Q7: Am I eligible for any Bonus Points or other benefits?

    A: Yes, upon enrollment, your account will be credited with 500 Bonus Points, equivalent to AED 5. Additional bonuses may be offered through promotions or special events.

    Q13: What happens if I return a purchase made with loyalty points?

    A: If you return a purchase made with Points, the program will not return any redeemed points at the time of refund or exchange of products at any participating brand - instore and online.
