Who can buy from Beyond The Beach

Any individual 18 years of age and legally allowed to shop in United Arab Emirates can shop at Beyond The Beach. They need to possess a valid credit / debit card (VISA / MASTER CARD) issued by an authorized bank.

 How can I make a payment?

Payment can be made through all Credit Cards and Debit Cards, Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery.

Can I buy Beyond The Beach gift voucher (GV) online?

Yes, you can buy an online gift voucher, which can redeemed on Beyond The Beach website, However the same voucher cannot be redeemed in store. Once Gift vouchers ordered shall not be cancelled or returned. (ADD LINK OF GV page)

Can I pay in-store for a product bought online?

No, we currently do not support this facility.

How do I understand which size will fit me? Do you have any size charts?

We have standard size and size charts.

If I want product from a particular brand how can I find it?

You can search for the brand on every page. Alternatively, if you want to shop for a particular brand in a category, you can click on the brands listed on the left side of the page under the heading Brands.

Cancellation

Unless there has been an error on our part, or the Product you purchased is defective, we cannot accept returns on (1) personalized Products (as these cannot be sold to anyone else), (2) cameras or (3) tech Products.

Returns

If you want to return or exchange a product please submit your request here indicating which product(s) and the number of products to be returned. If the product is returnable under these Terms and Conditions, we will arrange for the pickup of such product(s) after our receipt of your return request.

Returns should be made within 14 days of delivery and should be sent back in their original condition and original packaging provided. All items must be unworn and in perfect condition, with labels and tags intact. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on underwear and swimwear products.

Defective Products

If you return a Product because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, this Product(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for the pickup of such Product(s) after our receipt of your return request.

Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted on items that are included in a bundle or offer.

Refunds and Exchanges:
Exchanges

Where We agree that the Products be returned, an exchange will be processed by Beyond The Beach following the receipt of the returned Products. A refund will only be offered where it is not possible to replace the Product(s).

Refunds

Upon confirming that returned items meet the criteria above and qualify for compensation to the customer, we will refund the value paid by the customer in full, on any payments made via Debit/Credit Card (AED 15.00 will be deducted from the refunded sum, to cover for shipping costs). On orders paid via Cash On Delivery, we will offer a coupon code to the customer, equating to the full value of the purchase, that can be used as credit in our online store, in exchange for other product/s (AED 15.00 will be deducted from the refunded sum, to cover for shipping costs). This coupon code will be valid for period of 15 days only.

No, however when the order quantities are large, we may verify in order to ensure your security, to confirm that you have indeed ordered for these items.
