Returns

To return an item, please login here and go to my orders, then click on the view option of the order you wish to return. Please note that if the product is returnable under the Terms and Conditions mentioned, we will arrange for the pickup of the product(s) upon receipt of your request.

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and must be sent back in the original packaging and condition.
  • We offer returns once per each order. Multiple returns within the same order will not be accepted.
  • Items must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all labels and tags attached.
  • Unless there has been an error on our part, or the product you purchased is defective, we cannot accept returns on
    (1)Cameras
    (2)Meta AI Glasses
    (3)Tech Products

  • Items sold part of clearance sale including camera, apparel and shoes cannot be returned for any reason.  

Cancellation

  • If you want to cancel your order you can do directly from the website. Or If you wish to cancel your order through email, please email us at contact@beyondthebeach.com

 

Returns of Defective Products

If you wish to return a Product due to an error on our part, or if it is defective, it must be returned within 14 days of delivery in the same condition as when you received it.Upon receipt of your return request, we will arrange for the pickup of the Product(s).Any tech or camera product deemed defective must be inspected by us or by an authorized service center appointed by us to validate its condition before a refund is given. 
 

Refunds

  • Upon confirming that returned items meet the criteria above and qualify for compensation to the customer, we will refund the value paid by the customer in full.
  • Any payments made via Debit/Credit Card or Cash on Delivery - AED 15.00 will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover for shipping costs.
  • Any payments made via Cash On Delivery, we will offer a store credit to the customer
    • Store credit can be used on any product on the website.
    • Store credit will have a validity of 6 months from the day of issuance.

Exhanges

 We're more than happy to assist you with a return and exchange for your item.

Exchange for Lower-Priced Items

If a customer requests an exchange for an item of lower value, the price difference will be refunded as store credit to the customer's online account. This credit can be used exclusively for online purchases and cannot be refunded as cash or to the same payment method.

One-Time Exchange Policy

 Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

Once an exchange has been completed, the exchanged item cannot be returned or exchanged again, except in cases where the product is received with a manufacturing defect or quality issue.

Please follow our return process, and once we receive the item back, The new order will be processed to be deliver within 2-3 working days.
