Return/Exchange Request Form

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. A fee of AED 15.00 will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover shipping costs.

Payments made via debit/credit card generally take 5-7 days to be reflected in your account and for orders paid via cash on delivery, we offer the customer a coupon code, equivalent to the total purchase amount, which can be used as credit in our online store. This coupon code will be valid for a period of only 15 days
